The Unified National Public Competition, Nicknamed the ENEM of Competitions Due to the Number of Vacancies: Over Six Thousand, Is Coming Soon.
According to a report released this Saturday (10) by the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services, it is not only the number of chances that surprises. This is because the event, which closed registrations on Friday (09), totaled 2.65 million registrants, a record for Brazilian public competitions.
The contest in question will offer 6,640 vacancies for 21 federal public agencies, divided into eight thematic blocks. The announcements also include the forecast for the formation of a reserve list with at least double the number of available vacancies.
On Twitter, Esther Dweck, Minister of Management, celebrated the large number of registered participants. “We are pleased with the success of this innovation in public service, which is the unified national competition. Good luck and good studies to all the registered participants. Now let’s build a public service that reflects Brazil!” she said.

Those Who Have Not Paid Yet Can Pay
As mentioned, the registration period ended this Friday. However, those who have not yet paid their registration for the exam, organized by the Cesgranrio Foundation, can do so until the next day 16. The fee ranges from R$ 60.00 to R$ 90.00, depending on the chosen education level.

The Stages of the Exam
According to information gathered by the team at Click Petroleum and Gas through the website of the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services, the evaluation of candidates will take place through three stages. The first of the national competition will be divided into the following phases:
- 1st phase: objective and essay tests, of a classificatory and eliminatory nature;
- 2nd phase: medical examination (biopsychosocial assessment) of candidates who declare themselves as having disabilities, of a solely eliminatory nature;
- 3rd phase: verification procedure of the declared condition to compete for the vacancies reserved for black candidates, of a solely eliminatory nature;
- 4th phase: confirmation procedure of the declared condition to compete for the vacancies reserved for indigenous candidates (only FUNAI), of a solely eliminatory nature.
The second stage will be for the evaluation of credentials, of a classificatory nature, while the third and final stage will be for the specific training course, of a classificatory and eliminatory nature.
