Minister of Management and Innovation in Public Services Acknowledges Deficit at IBGE
In a recent interview, Dweck stated that the second round will include a public competition for high school and higher education for IBGE, the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), and other agencies and autarchies, including regulatory agencies. The minister states that since she took office, she has been monitoring areas that had many employees on retention bonuses, at high risk of retirement, and the pension reform in 2019 accelerated this. Areas that were already at high risk, with 30% of the payroll eligible for retirement, affirmed the minister. Referring to IBGE, Dweck acknowledged the need for effective servers in the agency.
