A highly relevant national public selection is underway, as Telebras, linked to the Ministry of Communications, opened registrations on December 11, 2025. The state-owned company provides 930 positions, with 15 immediate and 915 for reserve list, thus reinforcing the expansion of its technical structure.

Moreover, the offered position is for telecommunications management specialist, which requires higher education and a salary of R$ 11,680.78, highlighting the competitiveness of the selection process. Thus, the company seeks qualified professionals for various strategic areas while maintaining hiring under the CLT regime, with a 40-hour weekly workload.

Technical Structure Reveals Broad Professional Demand

The offer encompasses various profiles, as the state-owned company organizes its positions between Brasília (DF), where it maintains its headquarters, and Rio de Janeiro (RJ). The positions include: lawyer, information technology analyst, administrative analyst, audit analyst, commercial analyst, statistics analyst, finance analyst, marketing analyst, psychology analyst, accountant, aerospace engineer, civil engineer, network engineer, electrical engineer, and telecommunications engineer.

Registrations Are Open and Require Attention to Dates

Registrations remain available until January 2, 2026, at 6 PM, through registration on the Cebraspe website, responsible for organizing the contest. Additionally, the registration fee is R$ 130.

For candidates seeking exemption, the valid period occurred from December 11 to December 14, 2025, covering bone marrow donors and beneficiaries of CadÚnico, according to the rules of the organizing body. Thus, the process maintains socially established criteria in public selections.

Exams Require Technical Preparation and Attention to Content

The assessment is scheduled for February 8, 2026, a date officially announced by Cebraspe. The exam includes 120 true or false questions and one essay of up to 30 lines, which requires full attention to the program content.

The notice specifies the following subjects: Portuguese language, logical reasoning, English language, legislation, ethics and compliance in public administration, and specific knowledge.
