• Candidates for the commercial attendant position must have a completed high school education, and it is desirable that they be studying Civil Engineering or related fields in the company’s sectors (marketing, sales, or administration). No experience is necessary.
• The professional will be responsible for understanding the customers’ needs at the time of purchase and following the entire process from the first contact until the key handover.

Laborer

• For the laborer position, the company is looking for professionals to work on construction sites with a career plan to become supervisors and foremen. Interested applicants for the laborer position do not need to have experience, and there is no minimum education requirement.
• The professional will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the construction site and other operational activities requested by the Supervisor or Foreman.

Foreman

• Candidates for the foreman position must have six months of experience, a practical test, or be trained by the organization.
• The professional will be responsible for managing the execution of services and administering the materials controlled on site; monitoring the activities on the construction sites to ensure compliance with the plans and goals set by the organization; and managing human resources matters in conjunction with the project engineer and other key functions.

Maintenance and Repair Worker

• Candidates must have six months of experience, a practical test, or be trained by the organization.
• The professional will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and general finishing work.
