Crefaz Financing and Investments plans to expand its workforce by 30% this year. In this way, the company has 309 job openings in a new selection process and will have more than 1,300 employees. Part of this expansion from Crefaz will meet the demand generated by the opening of 30 more stores of the company over the next few months. With this expansion initiative, the company will have 134 units.
According to Carlos Eduardo Navarro Ribeiro, CEO of Crefaz, the plans for 2023 include strategic moves that involve expanding the number of stores and consequently opening job vacancies.
