The slots are for evening classes of Dynamic Mechanical Helper and Industrial Electrician, with selection by electronic lottery and priority given to those in social vulnerability and low-income situations.

Registrations end today, Wednesday (October 1st), within the period from September 18th to October 1st, 2025.

Registrations End Today and Selection Will Be by Lottery

Registration must be completed by the end of the day on the Autonomy and Income Portal.

The selection stage will be conducted exclusively by Public Electronic Lottery on October 9, 2025, with transmission announced for the FAIFSUL channel on YouTube.

The final list of selected individuals is scheduled for October 13, 2025, followed by calls for enrollment in the order of the lottery.

Who Can Participate and Priority Criteria

Residents of Recife, Ipojuca, and Cabo de Santo Agostinho can register, aged 18 years or older, not formally employed, and with a family per capita income of up to half a minimum wage.

The course for Dynamic Mechanical Helper requires complete Elementary Education I.

For Industrial Electrician, the requirement is complete High School.

Affirmative action policies are in place.

Priority in the call goes to Black and Brown individuals, women, people with disabilities, Indigenous people, quilombolas, transgender people, and refugees, provided they meet the socioeconomic and documentary criteria.

The order of calling considers compliance with socioeconomic requirements and unemployment status, respecting the notice.

Candidates who do not prove the information declared in the registration will lose their spot and may be disqualified.

Maintenance Assistance: Amounts and Conditions

All enrolled students receive R$ 660 per month as maintenance assistance.

For women with young children, upon proof at enrollment, the amount is R$ 858.

Maintaining the scholarship depends on a minimum attendance of 75% and fulfilling activities outlined in the schedule.

The benefit was designed to reduce dropout rates and ensure material conditions during training.

The payment is contingent upon maintaining regular enrollment in the course and active participation in face-to-face classes.

Courses, Classes, and Workload

The course for Dynamic Mechanical Helper has 29 slots, 170 hours of workload, and lasts four months.

Classes are held in-person at night at the Recife Campus.

For Industrial Electrician, there will be two classes with 32 slots each and 360 hours of workload.

Classes take place Monday to Friday nights, with meetings on Saturdays in the morning and afternoon.

Class 1 starts on November 17, 2025.

Class 2 begins on January 19, 2026.

The evening offering aims to serve those who need to combine work, job seeking, and personal responsibilities.

Selection and Enrollment Calendar

Before the lottery, a numbered list of registrants will be published, ensuring individual identification in the process.

The final result with those called for enrollment will be released on October 13, 2025.

Enrollment for the regular call will take place from October 16 to 21, 2025, according to the order of the lottery.

If there are remaining slots after this period, substitute calls will occur between October 23 and 30, 2025.

All deadlines and stages follow the calendar of the notice, with attention to the dates for document submission and verification.

Objective of the Initiative and Profile of the Trainings

The partnership is part of the Petrobras Autonomy and Income Program, focused on training for people in social vulnerability.

At IFPE Campus Recife, the organization of classes and the workload have been structured to meet market demands and enhance employability for graduates.

The course for Dynamic Mechanical Helper prepares professionals to assist with inspections and maintenance routines, observing safety procedures and quality standards.

On the other hand, Industrial Electrician develops skills for assembly, operation, and maintenance of industrial electrical systems, with diagram reading, application of technical standards, and best safety practices.

Evening courses broaden access for candidates who need to study without giving up other responsibilities.

How to Register and Where to Seek In-Person Support

Registration is free and online until today (October 1) at the Autonomy and Income Portal.

Those who need in-person support can go to IFPE Campus Recife (Av. Prof. Luiz Freire, 500, Cidade Universitária), Monday to Thursday, from 2 PM to 4 PM and from 6 PM to 8 PM.

The guidance is to gather in advance the supporting documents for the conditions declared in the registration, especially those related to income, education, residence, and, when applicable, the condition of a woman with children under 12 years old.

Registrations end today, and the selection is by electronic lottery with social priorities: will you take the chance to secure your qualification with a scholarship and evening classes?
