Hi, yes, here in Sapiranga, lol, it's no different.
What I see when visiting many companies is that people don't want to work because the government pays for many to stay at home or just do odd jobs.
Our government is the main culprit. If it had better control and helped those who really need it most, sometimes serious working people could be helped because they have many discounts and sometimes earn less than those people who receive these government benefits. This discourages these hard-working Brazilian people.
Another very shocking thing in Brazil is that prisoners earn a salary and good food. They could work to pay for their food at least. There are many things wrong in Brazil, not just now but for many years.

This is just a rant from a Brazilian worker.

I would really like the government to bring free technical logistics and welding courses to Paracuru Cearรก!

Good afternoon, not to be annoying, but how can they say there is a shortage of this type of labor if they do not value professionals? I am a welder in 4 types of welding. I have been a foreigner here in Brazil for a short time. The job market in the welding area is a joke, the salaries. What do you think?
