Trackfy Presents Innovative IoT-Based Solution at the 34th Expo Usipa, Highlighting Safety and Productivity for Industrial Hubs, with Online Analysis and Full Evacuation.
At the 34th Expo Usipa, the startup Trackfy will showcase an innovative solution that promises to transform the safety and productivity of industrial plants. The event, scheduled for July in Ipatinga, Minas Gerais, will feature an exhibition focused on cutting-edge technologies and data analysis for risk prevention and management in the industrial environment.
Trackfy’s solution leverages new tools based on the Internet of Things (IoT) to provide detailed real-time analysis, enhancing safety levels in operations. By combining advanced technology and intelligent algorithms, this innovation allows for rapid and efficient evacuation in emergencies, giving industrial plants a significant advantage in risk management.
Expo Usipa Event in Ipatinga
The industrial sector of Brazil, as reported by the National Confederation of Industry (CNI), celebrates this year the 34th edition of the traditional Expo Usipa — an Industrial, Commercial, and Services Exhibition. The event will take place in Ipatinga from July 17 to 19, expecting to attract a significant audience, reflecting the promising moment of the national industry.

Thirty thousand visitors are expected, in addition to over 1,500 scheduled business meetings, 70 technical lectures, and the participation of 300 exhibitors. Among these exhibitors will be Trackfy Tecnologia, which will showcase its advanced solution for safety and productivity in industrial environments and construction sites.
Trackfy Technology at Expo Usipa
With strategically located offices in Salvador and São Paulo, Trackfy is already implementing its high-tech solution in several industrial hubs in Minas Gerais, Bahia (Camaçari), and São Paulo (Cubatão, Campinas, and Mauá). Participation in Expo Usipa, with a dedicated booth, is seen as a crucial opportunity to expand its business possibilities.
Trackfy’s CEO, Túlio Cerviño, emphasizes the importance of the industry in the GDP of Minas Gerais, which accounts for over one-third, equivalent to 34%, according to CNI data, highlighting the strength of heavy industry in the region. Trackfy’s solution is designed to identify bottlenecks and mitigate security risks in industrial plants and construction sites, allowing for more efficient and safe management of activities.
Benefits of Trackfy’s Solution
This technology facilitates the immediate evacuation of areas affected by any incident, reducing the time needed for a full evacuation by up to 30%. According to Cerviño, ‘In practice, this means lives being saved’. Furthermore, the efficiency in responding to incidents also represents a significant financial impact, with potential savings of up to R$ 2 million by avoiding the consequences of these events.
The solution consists of signal emitters that can be integrated into helmets and badges of employees in industrial plants or construction sites. In real-time, this solution sends data and information to a cloud platform, utilizing tools such as the Internet of Things (IoT), data analytics, and sophisticated algorithms.
Trackfy’s Vision on Technology and Safety
These features allow managers to have an online analysis of the workplace. Thus, if there are any obstructions in operations or production, or any signs of imminent accidents, necessary decisions can be made immediately. ‘The solution allows for quick visibility when workers are in risk zones or affected by incidents,’ comments Trackfy’s CEO. Measures such as evacuation or assistance can be promptly implemented to avoid the worst possible scenario.
In recent months, Trackfy’s solution has gained prominence at major events. In May, at the Bahia Oil&Gas Energy event in Salvador, aimed at the oil, gas, and energy industries. In June, at the IoT Solutions Congress in São Paulo, Trackfy was one of the 100 startups selected to present its technological innovations, including the use of the Internet of Things (IoT).
