Revolutionary Technology for Worker Monitoring
Trackfy, a startup from Bahia, has introduced an innovative solution to enhance safety at construction sites and factories. This technology, already adopted by workers in major industrial hubs in Camaçari (BA), Cubatão (SP), and Mauá (SP), consists of a device attached to helmets and badges that emits real-time data to a cloud platform. Utilizing resources such as the Internet of Things (IoT), data analysis, and algorithms, this solution offers efficient and accurate monitoring of workers’ location and movement.
Improvement of Safety and Efficiency in Work Environments
Trackfy’s CEO, Túlio Cerviño, highlights that safety is significantly enhanced with this system. Through real-time monitoring and data analysis, managers of construction sites and industrial plants can track the presence and movement of their teams completely digitally. In emergency or risky situations, the system provides immediate alerts, facilitating emergency actions and evacuations. The technology automates processes that were previously performed manually, making them more efficient and safe.
Innovation and Compliance with Data Protection Standards
The system developed by Trackfy consists of IoT hardware and a data capture, analysis, and management system. The solution also includes Trackfy Docs, software for digital document approval. The company serves clients in sectors such as Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Steelmaking, Mining, and Construction. Cerviño emphasizes that the solution is aligned with the principles of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and labor regulations, as well as being in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
