Leonardo Cereza, president of Sindifer, highlighted that the demand for qualified professionals in machining, boiler making, and assembly has been growing, reflecting the continuous evolution of the sector.

“In addition to the job openings that are available, we have investments planned by the industrial sector from North to South of the State. There will be a lot of job offers for those seeking an opportunity,” Cereza stated, reinforcing the growth potential of the job market in Espírito Santo.

Various Areas of Activity in the Metalworking Sector

The metalworking and electrical material industry in Espírito Santo encompasses three major segments: companies that manufacture, those that assemble equipment, and those that focus on maintenance.

Igual eu faço 6 profissões em uma empresa mais reconhecimento aqui tem nada estou **** q eles me demitem pegar minhas contas e tentar em outro estado pra vê em outra profissão q tá difícil desse geito hj eles querem q vc faz de tudo mais não te recompensa com um salário bom e correto q um bom profissional deve ganhar eles querem só sugar na vdd o profissional na vdd a hora q vc não produzir eles te dispensa e bota outro agente é só número pra empresa eles tão nem aí pros trabalhadores vdd e essa por isso q ninguém quer trabalhar

Enfelismente tá assim msm tão se aproveitando das mãos de obras q tem querendo pagar pouco pros profissionais q vão bota muito dinheiro no bolso deles e não reconhecem responsabilidade nossa e desempenho nosso aí eles fazem isso e ainda um governo q não tá nem aí pro povo agente sofre com as empresas querendo se dá bem no suor dos profissionais
