EBSERH Will Open a New Public Competition This Year. The Goal Is to Offer More Than 600 Jobs for High School and Higher Education Distributed in the 41 Units of the Institution Around Brazil.
The Brazilian Company of Hospital Services (EBSERH) has finalized the basic project document for the new competition for high school and higher education that will be held soon. The expectation is that 681 job openings will be available across 39 hospitals in all regions of Brazil. The document also states that the EBSERH public competition will have two stages: a written test and a title assessment.

The opportunities in the EBSERH public competition are intended for candidates with high school and higher education in medical, assistance, and administrative areas.
For the Medical Area there are 551 openings for 69 positions or specialties, for the Assistance Area there are 96 openings for 39 positions or specialties, and for the administrative sector, there are 34 openings for 14 positions or specialties.

The organizing committee for the high school and higher education competition has already been defined, and the next step, after the project is finalized, is to choose the examination board that will be responsible for the competition. Once the board is defined, the notice can be published.
The high school/technical vacancies for the administrative and assistance areas and higher education vacancies for the Assistance, Medical, and Administrative Areas for an indefinite period will be allocated in one of the 41 units of the EBSERH Network and at the company’s headquarters.

Learn How the Last Competition for High School and Higher Education at EBSERH Went
The last EBSERH competition took place in 2019. At that time, 701 job openings were offered only for the University Hospital at the Federal University of Amapá, covering the areas of Medicine, which had 122 positions plus a reserve list, assistance with 492 positions plus a reserve list and administrative with 87 positions plus a reserve list.
Candidates were assessed through written tests and title evaluations. In total, candidates for high school positions needed to answer 50 questions, while those for higher education took a test with 60 multiple-choice questions on topics such as Portuguese, Logical Reasoning, SUS Legislation, Basic Computer Knowledge, EBSERH Legislation, and Specific Knowledge.
