EDP Is Offering 55 Internship Positions in the Areas of Generation, Transmission, and Commercialization. The Company’s Internship Program for Students is Being Offered in a Hybrid Work Mode

The energy company, EDP, is accepting applications for its internship program. The 55 internship positions were announced this Wednesday (8) and are aimed at students of any technological or higher education course. In last year’s internship program, EDP had 51% of the positions filled by Black students. Therefore, this edition will maintain the goal of half of the internship positions for this group.

The internship program offers opportunities in the sectors of innovation, legal, financial, information technology, among others, as well as in technical sectors such as transmission, generation, distribution, and commercialization.

The students selected for the internship positions will work in a home office and in-person format, that is, in a hybrid format, with office presence two to three times a week. Therefore, the internship program for students will take place in the following cities where EDP has offices:

Learn How to Apply for the Internship Program. Students interested in applying for one of the internship positions at the electricity company must access the EDP Jobs website by January 14. It is worth noting that before applying, it will be necessary to register on the platform using full name, CPF, and email.

The program will start in April of the following year, and EDP does not require language course requirements; however, it is desirable for students to have knowledge of the Office suite, such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

The selection process for the internship positions will include a motivational letter submitted in January, online dynamics in the following month, interviews with managers in February and March, and the start of the internship in April. It is important to remember that students will receive benefits such as:

Medical Assistance, Transportation Voucher, Food Voucher, and Stipend.
