Embraer Is Accepting Applications for Its Aviation Program. The Company Is Offering 45 Scholarships Worth Up to R$ 6 Thousand and Several Benefits.
Embraer opened applications on Monday, 24, for the 32nd class of the Specialization Program in Engineering (PEE), a professional master’s degree aimed at accelerating the careers of engineers who plan to deepen their knowledge in the aerospace segment.
The program, which offers scholarships for work in the aviation sector, has 45 spots available for candidates from all over the country.

The academic specialization will be conducted with the support of the Instituto Tecnológico da Aeronáutica (ITA), lasting 18 months and offering a scholarship of R$ 5 thousand, with a 20% increase in the second year, among other benefits.

How to Apply for Embraer’s Aviation Program
Those interested in participating must be engineering graduates between 2021 and 2023 in the fields of aeronautical or aerospace, automotive, environmental, civil, computer, electrical, control and automation, electronics, manufacturing, physical energy, maintenance, mechanical, materials, mechatronics, metallurgical, naval, mining, oil, nuclear, production, chemical, systems, robotics, software and telecommunications and transportation, with an advanced level of English. Applications can be made until September 3rd through the Embraer website.
The candidates approved in the selection process will participate in courses and training activities in the areas of Product Development Engineering and Processes of the company, in São José dos Campos (SP), in addition to specializing in fundamentals and aeronautical projects, with activities and topics about Industry 4.0, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Project Prototyping.
All training is conducted by Embraer professionals, ITA professors, and consultants, leading to a professional master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, recognized by CAPES/MEC. Additionally, the approved candidates will receive a scholarship of R$ 5 thousand in phases 1 and 2 and R$ 6 thousand in phase 3, along with medical and dental insurance, life insurance, and food vouchers.
