The Fimag Group will inaugurate a third factory by the end of this year, in the city of Linhares, Espírito Santo. The unit, covering 10,000 square meters, will have up to 300 new job openings at peak operation, and you can already send your resume.

“Encouraged by the market’s recovery, we sought a strategic location in terms of area, infrastructure, and logistics movement. We are increasingly developing equipment with large dimensions, and the new headquarters will allow for better conditions for production and transportation, including a reduction in freight costs,” said Fimag’s CEO, Rômulo Barreto.

Initially, 85 job openings will be available, increasing to 160 positions after six months, and 300 new job positions when the factory operates at full capacity.

According to Fimag, the company will prioritize local labor and will offer training courses through institutions like Senai and also internally.

The Fimag Group is the third largest manufacturer of grain processing equipment in Latin America. It is a company from Espírito Santo that designs, develops, manufactures, and assembles metal structures and large equipment.

The factory in Linhares, Espírito Santo, does not yet have a timeline for operating at full capacity due to external factors such as the Covid-19 pandemic.
