Intern Training – Oil and Gas Sector Company and Support Activities, São Gonçalo – RJ

Main Activities:

Management of training evidence;
System registrations;
Control of training validity;
Interface with the internal customer for guidance and clarification of various doubts;
Support in all demands of the Training sector.

Requirements: Have a proactive profile, be willing to work in a team, and have a strong desire to learn; Enrolled between the 2nd and 6th semester of Administration; Production Engineering; HR Management or related fields.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Administration, or related fields. DESIRABLE: Previous experience in Project and Control Sectors. Mandatory: Proficiency in Office Suite; Proficiency in MS Project; Advanced Excel proficiency; Creation of management reports. Power BI

Activities:

Act on the control, study, and preparation of projects.
Assist the team by controlling delivery deadlines, monitoring, and aligning activities.
Monitor project development and participate in definition meetings.
Prepare and update schedules with the departments;
Conduct monitoring with the departments;
Create project monitoring reports;
Create management reports for presentation to the board;
Perform physical and financial monitoring, when necessary;
Analyze potential deviations and bottlenecks, presenting solutions;
Comply with the requirements of the objectives of the Integrated Management System, related to your function.

IT Assistant – Workplace: São Gonçalo – RJ

Requirements:

Minimum Required Education:
High School Diploma or Pursuing a Degree in related areas of Information Technology.
Mandatory: Knowledge of Office Suite and SAP system.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in IT support/user assistance.
