Requirements ⇒ Complete Elementary Education is required, High School Education is desirable, Cooking Course taken at SENAC, CBSP and HUET up to date. Knowledge of food safety techniques and food preparation and experience in the role.
Activities ⇒ Support the head chef in stock management and kitchen consumption control. Support the head chef in maintaining quality in food service, prepare and serve meals according to the established menu and schedule, assist the baker in preparing breakfast ingredients.
