About The Job Openings At The Multinational Neoenergia To Work In Brazil, New York, England, And Other Countries

Neoenergia informs that the process begins with aligning the necessary profile for each position. At this stage, the leader and recruiter discuss and evaluate the needs, skills, and requirements for the position. Next, the job opening is published on the official channels, and all interested candidates can apply.

The selection process begins with the candidates’ CV evaluation to identify those who meet the disclosed requirements for the specific position. The next stage aims to validate the skills and basic requirements of the position, declared by the candidate in their resume, and may vary between group dynamics, a business case, or a specific knowledge test, including an interview with the hiring leader.

“Approved candidates then go through an individual interview, conducted by the recruiter and the hiring leader, who jointly determine the candidate that best fits the open position, comparing the desired profile with the profiles of evaluated candidates. It is important to highlight that during the interview stage, not only technical requirements are assessed but also behavioral requirements, values, and ethical adherence, which are so important in our culture,” says Régia Barbosa, Superintendent of Organizational Development and Culture at Neoenergia.
