Neoenergia of the Spanish group Iberdrola, the largest private group in the Brazilian electricity sector, announced yesterday (05/04), job openings for various professional positions in primary, secondary, technical and higher education. The company is present in numerous states of the country and operates throughout the energy chain, following sustainability principles with a focus on talent development. Neoenergia informs that the process starts with the alignment of the profile necessary for each position. In this step, the leader and the recruiter discuss and assess the need, skills and requirements needed for the vacancy.. Then, the vacancy is announced on the official channels and all interested parties can apply.

The selection starts with the curriculum evaluation of the candidates, to identify which ones have the disclosed requirements for the position in question. The next stage has the objective of validating the skills and basic requirements of the position, declared by the candidate in his/her CV, and can vary between a group dynamic, a business case, or even a test of specific knowledge, including an interview with the vacancy leader.

Only in 2021, were made 2.677 staff were hired at Neoenergia, in addition to 432 new interns. A total of 1.829 electricians were hired, of which 1.630 were trained in the Electricians' School project. The company currently has 15.802 employees, an increase of 6,43% compared to 2021.
