Requirements:

• Currently studying Engineering / Technology, preferably in the areas of Mechanical, Electronics, Chemistry, and Computer Science;
• Advanced English – verbal and written (will be contacted daily);
• Good practical knowledge of the Office package.

Activities:

• Assist in creating standards for customer registration by the sales team;
• Assist in inputting customers in the CRM system in the Americas;
• Screening / Pre-qualification of commercial requests received through the website (RFQ);
• Preparation and sending of technical-commercial proposals via the available CRM platform;
• Monitor business opportunities from sending a proposal until the receipt of an order.

Marketing Internship – São Paulo, SP

Requirements:

• Currently studying: Communication, Marketing, and Advertising;
• Intermediate English – verbal and written (will be contacted daily);
• Good practical knowledge of the Office package, graphic editing tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).

Activities:

• Assist in improving the quality of our database to enhance the efficiency of our initiatives;
• Assist in creating standards for customer registration by the sales team;
• Assist in inputting customers in the CRM system in the Americas;
• Support in executing the annual marketing plan, participating in the preparation and promotion of technical events (webinars, seminars, training, fairs).
