They serve about 10% of the total Brazilian consumers and today account for 6.5% of the distribution market in Brazil. The company is currently accepting applications for the Internship Program 2021. The internship positions are for the following states: Maranhão, Pará, Piauí and Alagoas, Bahia, Minas Gerais, Tocantins and Brasília.

The internship positions at Equatorial Energy are for the following areas: Human Resources, Legal, Engineering, Environment, Internal Marketing, Accounting, Customer Relations, Information Technology and Telecommunications, Billing, Supplies and Logistics, among others.

Steps of the Internship Program:

01 – Integration: Introduction and welcome aimed at cultural acclimatization and guidance regarding important information about the company and the internship program;

02 – Performance Evaluation: Biannual evaluation of the intern’s performance compared to their development and business goals established at the beginning of the internship;

03 – Development Actions: Training, activities, and tools that favor organizational learning, directed to the intern’s reality;

04 – Internship Project: Development of projects that stimulate process innovation in the intern’s area of expertise.
