- Courses: Electrical Technician and Safety Technician;
- Missing 01 year to graduate;
- Availability to intern 20 or 30 hours a week;
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Higher level:
- Courses: Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, Social Communication, Psychology, Computer Science and related, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Production, Telecommunications, Forestry and related;
- Missing up to 02 years to graduate;
- Availability to intern 20 or 30 hours a week;
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Stages of the internship program:
01 - Integration: Ambientation and welcome with the aim of acculturating and providing guidance on important information about the company and the internship program;
02 - Performance evaluation: Semi-annual evaluation of the intern's performance against their development and business goals established at the beginning of the internship;
03 - Development actions: Training, activities and tools that favor organizational learning, aimed at the intern's reality;
04 - Internship project: Development of projects that encourage process innovation in the intern's area of expertise.
