Grupo Equatorial Energia has opened enrollment for its 2021 Internship Program, with openings for MG, MA, PA, PI, AL, TO and BA

Internship vacancies are for the following states: Maranhão, Pará, Piauí and Alagoas, Bahia, Minas Gerais, Tocantins and Brasília.

Internship vacancies at Equatorial Energia are for the following areas: Human Resources, Legal, Engineering, Environment, Endomarketing, Accounting, Customer Relations, Information Technology and Telecom, Billing, Supplies and Logistics, among others.

Technical level:

  • Courses: Electrical Technician and Safety Technician;
  • Missing 01 year to graduate;
  • Availability to intern 20 or 30 hours a week;
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

Higher level:

  • Courses: Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, Social Communication, Psychology, Computer Science and related, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Production, Telecommunications, Forestry and related;
  • Missing up to 02 years to graduate;
  • Availability to intern 20 or 30 hours a week;
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

Stages of the internship program:

01 - Integration: Ambientation and welcome with the aim of acculturating and providing guidance on important information about the company and the internship program;

02 - Performance evaluation: Semi-annual evaluation of the intern's performance against their development and business goals established at the beginning of the internship;

03 - Development actions: Training, activities and tools that favor organizational learning, aimed at the intern's reality;

04 - Internship project: Development of projects that encourage process innovation in the intern's area of ​​expertise.
