Steps of the Internship Program:
01 – Integration: Introduction and welcome aimed at cultural acclimatization and guidance regarding important information about the company and the internship program;
02 – Performance Evaluation: Biannual evaluation of the intern’s performance compared to their development and business goals established at the beginning of the internship;
03 – Development Actions: Training, activities, and tools that favor organizational learning, directed to the intern’s reality;
04 – Internship Project: Development of projects that stimulate process innovation in the intern’s area of expertise.
