The internship positions at Equatorial Energy are for the following areas: Human Resources, Legal, Engineering, Environment, Internal Marketing, Accounting, Customer Relations, Information Technology and Telecommunications, Billing, Supplies and Logistics, among others.

Technical Level:

• Courses: Technical in Electrical Engineering and Technical in Safety;
• One year left to graduate;
• Availability to intern 20 or 30 hours a week;
• Intermediate knowledge of the Office Suite.

Higher Education Level:

• Courses: Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Law, Social Communication, Psychology, Computer Science and related fields, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Production, Telecommunications, Forestry and related fields;
• Up to two years left to graduate;
• Availability to intern 20 or 30 hours a week;
• Intermediate knowledge of the Office Suite.

Steps of the Internship Program:

01 – Integration: Introduction and welcome aimed at cultural acclimatization and guidance regarding important information about the company and the internship program;

02 – Performance Evaluation: Biannual evaluation of the intern’s performance compared to their development and business goals established at the beginning of the internship;

03 – Development Actions: Training, activities, and tools that favor organizational learning, directed to the intern’s reality;

04 – Internship Project: Development of projects that stimulate process innovation in the intern’s area of expertise.
