The course “Construction Assistant,” part of the program “Emprega Já Construção Civil 2024,” will be announced during the event.

The course, with a total workload of 40 hours, will cover fundamental topics for working in the construction industry, divided into four main modules:

- Materials And Tools: understanding the tools used on a daily basis by a construction assistant and the correct way to handle them.
- Construction Processes: understanding the essential stages of a construction project and how each phase unfolds.
- Professional Conduct: developing behavioral skills for professionals to stand out in the competitive construction market.
According to Sinduscon BC, the training offered in the course can open doors for candidates who wish to stand out and secure a more solid position in the sector, as well as being an opportunity for construction companies to develop talent to meet the demand for qualified labor.
