To Join The Job Openings Without Contest For Elementary Education In The Army, Candidates Will Be Evaluated Through Document Analysis And Interview. Thus, No Written Tests Are Required, As Happens In Selections Through Public Contests.
However, Those Approved For The Job Openings Without Contest Will Serve For A Determined Time, With A Minimum Of 12 Months And A Maximum Of 96 Months (Equivalent To Eight Years).
