The Suzano Pulp Mill Has More Than 180 Vacancies in Free Courses in Três Lagoas. The Opportunities Offer Various Benefits to Approved Students Such as Life Insurance, Uniform, and Many Others

Suzano has opened registrations for two free courses that offer stipends, uniforms, life insurance, transportation for practical activities, and lunch, in the municipality of Três Lagoas, in Mato Grosso do Sul. It is worth noting that people from other cities who are selected will have accommodation provided by Suzano. In total, there are 182 vacancies in free courses offered at the pulp mill.

Free Courses Available by Suzano at the Pulp Mill

Of the total of 182 vacancies, 132 are aimed at the general forestry assistant course and the remaining 50 for forestry machine operator. The free courses are part of the company’s program in partnership with Senai.

The two opportunities will take place in Três Lagoas and will involve practical and theoretical training lasting 208 hours for the machine operator course and 80 hours for the General Assistant, following all safety measures proposed by the Federal Government to combat the coronavirus.

According to Ângela Aparecida dos Santos, these will be the first qualification classes for the upcoming year. Last year, despite the pandemic, Suzano offered free courses to 117 professionals, most of whom were hired by the company itself. According to Ângela, even with the challenges posed by the pandemic, the company managed to maintain its program and fulfill its commitment to contributing to the sustainable development of the regions where it operates.

How to Apply for Opportunities at Suzano?

For the two free courses at the Suzano pulp mill, applicants must be 18 years of age or older, have incomplete elementary education, reside in the region of the opportunity, and have availability to attend classes.

For the machine operator course, it is also necessary to have a Category B National Driver’s License. Applications can be made for free and online through a form.

In the form, select the desired course and provide details such as: Full Name, CPF, Age, Date of Birth, Phone, Email, Your Race, among others. Applications will last until December 5; after that, interviews with candidates will take place from December 6 to 12. It is worth noting that approved applicants will sign a learning contract for the duration of the course.
