For many Brazilians, entering the military career means stability, good benefits, and professional growth.

The Brazilian Navy is accepting applications for the Training Course for Naval Commandos.

There are 1,680 positions available for candidates aged 18 to 22 years, with completed or ongoing high school education.

During the course, approved candidates will receive a bursary of approximately R$ 1,3 thousand, in addition to various benefits such as medical and dental assistance, meals, and uniforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for young people looking to start a solid career in the Armed Forces.

How the Course Works

The training course is conducted in two units of the Navy: the Almirante Milcíades Portela Alves Instruction Center (CIAMPA), located in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), and the Brasília Instruction and Training Center (CIAB), in the Federal District.

During this period, candidates will receive specialized military training to serve as Naval Commandos.

Students will participate in activities involving intense physical training, combat and survival instruction, first aid techniques, and military tactics.

The course routine is demanding and includes training with weapons, defensive strategies, and special operations.

Participants will also be trained to act in emergency situations and humanitarian missions, preparing for real challenges.

Interested candidates must go through a rigorous selection process, which includes a Written Objective Test with questions in Portuguese Language and Mathematics.

Those approved in this stage will undergo supplementary examinations, including:

  • 3,200 meters run in up to 19 minutes;
  • Push-ups and pull-ups;
  • 50-meter utility swim in a determined time.

Approval in these stages guarantees continuity in the selection process, which requires discipline and commitment.
