On March 23, enrollment was opened for the 600 vacancies distributed in the fully online and free courses of Personnel Assistant and Assistive Technology. In April, after the end of the recess, it will be the turn of elementary and high school students to access teaching materials remotely.
The initiative to make training available to the population online during the quarantine period came from Secretary Leonardo Rodrigues, who requested the creation of two new courses in the institutions' schedule.

Online content for Basic Education students
If the suspension of face-to-face classes in the State continues due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the foundations will also place content of Basic Education subjects on digital platforms available to Faetec Elementary and High School students.
In the first moment, the Faetec units that will have access to the Cecierj system will be registered, as well as the teachers in the areas of the respective training subjects. Then, students already enrolled in the Network will be included, who will have at their disposal the pedagogical content dedicated to their corresponding school stage in the institution.
No student from the 130 units will be unable to continue studying during this period of social isolation. Priority will be given immediately to theoretical content. But, if necessary, the lab content will be adapted to the platform.
