Main Duties of the Vacancy at SAMU
The selected professional will work in the technical support area, with responsibilities related to the functioning and maintenance of the systems and equipment used by the SAMU team. The main duties include:
- Providing technical support to internal clients, in person or through digital tools;
- Configuring workstations and printers on the network;
- Performing backups of systems and user files;
- Executing preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment;
- Analyzing demands, guiding users, and providing technical support to servers and network equipment;
- Indicating needs for replacement or maintenance of materials and equipment;
- Organizing and keeping the IT equipment registry updated;
- Supporting the formulation of plans and actions related to the technological area of the service.
The role of the Support Analyst is essential to ensure the proper functioning of the technology infrastructure used by SAMU, directly contributing to the continuity of emergency care to the population.
