LOT 001

With an initial bid of R$ 641,000.00, the plot measures 1,728.00 m² and is located in the area known as “Parque dos Campos Elíseos”, municipality of Duque de Caxias/RJ.

LOT 002

With an initial bid of R$ 140,000.00, plot number 08 of Block number 44, of Tua 14, comprises an area of 600.00 m² and is also located in the “Parque dos Campos Elíseos”, municipality of Duque de Caxias/RJ.
