The Areas Near REDUC Are Open and Have Free Access. These Can Be Visited Without Prior Authorization from Petrobras

Petrobras auctioned two plots of land in Parque dos Campos Elíseos, near the Duque de Caxias Refinery (Reduc) in Rio de Janeiro. In total, the lots comprise an area of 2,328 square meters. The auction started at 11 AM today (02/11) on the auctioneer João Emílio’s website, until the random time set by the auctioneer ends. Respecting legal conditions, any interested parties, individuals or legal entities, individually or in groups, who meet all the requirements in the Notice and its Annexes can participate in this bidding.

The two plots of land are open and have free access. These can be visited on any day and time, without prior authorization from Petrobras.

About the Lots Auctioned by Petrobras

LOT 001

With an initial bid of R$ 641,000.00, the plot measures 1,728.00 m² and is located in the area known as “Parque dos Campos Elíseos”, municipality of Duque de Caxias/RJ.

LOT 002

With an initial bid of R$ 140,000.00, plot number 08 of Block number 44, of Tua 14, comprises an area of 600.00 m² and is also located in the “Parque dos Campos Elíseos”, municipality of Duque de Caxias/RJ.

The spool base installed by TechnipFMC at the Port of Açu is the company’s most modern worldwide, as well as an important asset to meet future demands for offshore projects.
