Anonymous Selection Promotes Opportunities for Everyone at the Oil and Gas Company
Foresea, a leader in the offshore drilling market, announces the opening of applications for an inclusive internship program in its offices located in Rio de Janeiro and Macaé. There are 12 positions available for university students from various courses, in an initiative that encourages the participation of women, people aged 50 and older, people of mixed race and Black, people with disabilities, and LGBTQIAP+ individuals.
Initiative Focused on Inclusion and Diversity
Starting this Friday (7), the selection process adopts a hidden recruitment format, which excludes identifiers such as name, gender, age, race, residential address, and information about education and previous employment. The selection will emphasize the competencies, skills, and experiences of the candidates, valuing essential attributes for future interns at Foresea.
“Through our hidden selection process, focused on the candidate’s skills rather than personal information, we seek diverse talents that stand out in delivery and expected results. The adoption of this new methodology has generated interesting results, with greater diversity of candidates compared to traditional selection formats,” clarifies Bruna Fonseca, Executive Manager of People Management at Foresea.
