Anonymous selection promotes opportunities for everyone in the oil and gas business
Foresea, leader in the offshore drilling market, announces the opening of registrations for an inclusive internship program in its offices located in Rio de Janeiro and Macaé. 12 vacancies are available for university students from different courses, in an initiative that encourages the participation of women, people aged 50 or over, brown and black people, people with disabilities and LGBTQIAP+.
Initiative focused on Inclusion and Diversity
Starting this Friday (7), the selection process adopts a hidden recruitment format, which excludes identifiers such as name, gender, age, race, residential address and information about education and previous jobs. The selection will emphasize the skills, abilities and experiences of the candidates, valuing essential attributes for future Foresea interns.
“Through our hidden selection process, focused on the candidate's skills and not on personal information, we seek diverse talents that stand out in deliveries and expected results. The adoption of this new methodology has generated interesting results, with a greater diversity of candidates compared to selections in the traditional format”, explains Bruna Fonseca, Executive Manager of People Management at Foresea.
