In less than a month, GSA Alimentos will start the renovation work at its factory located in Ouro Preto (MG), the estimate is that around 150 jobs will be created. After the works, 300 new vacancies will be generated, totaling 450 opportunities.
GSA Alimentos will begin renovation and adaptation work at its vitamin and food supplement factory, the warehouse at the Cachoeira do Campo Industrial Complex, in Ouro Preto (MG). The works will create around 150 direct jobs during the construction phase and another 300 when completed, the announcement was made during the signing of the contract and handover of keys between the city council and GSA Alimentos.

GSA Alimentos promises to generate hundreds of jobs at its factory
According to information from the Secretariat for Economic Development, Innovation and Technology, the factory works will be carried out by GSA Alimentos itself. The company's engineers will carry out a technical visit later this week, so that the jobs that will be filled for civil construction are defined. At the end of the works at the factory in MG, the company estimates that more than 300 direct jobs will be generated, where 60% of these opportunities will be aimed at the female public.
To meet this need, the company will partner with schools with the aim of training young apprentices and providing their first jobs to residents. According to Nino Gomes, partner-owner of GSA Alimentos, the refurbishment work at the factory in MG will begin in about 29 days.

Gomes pointed out that the opportunities are not open yet because they are pleasing and await the definition of the positions that will be filled. After definition, vacancies will be offered through SINE and the hiring preference will be for residents of the municipality in MG. New unit of GSA Alimentos will be transformed into an industrial center
The businessman, regarding the company's future actions, explained that the new factory in MG will be the headquarters of GSA and that the company will be able to expand activities with the new plant, bringing the line of supplements for PET and drugs.
The factory that will be built is the first building in the Industrial District and will have an area greater than 45 m². According to Angelo Oswaldo (PV), mayor of Ouro Preto (MG), the unit will be transformed into an industrial center, located in the district of Cachoeira do Campo.
Angelo says that the municipality has a great disposition for economic and social advancement and for that, opportunities are being offered for the district to expand more and more, in addition to other initiatives that are being carried out in the region.
Public Development Secretariat wants to attract new companies to the Industrial Pole of Cachoeira do Campo
According to Felipe Guerra, Secretary of Economic Development, Innovation and Technology, the city's industrial centers will be one of the areas that will develop the most so that the economy is more diverse.
Guerra claims that it is necessary to bring more companies committed to the public good to Ouro Preto. GSA Alimentos will be the first in the industrial hub, and next week, a new process will be carried out to attract new companies and sell out the areas of the hub, generating jobs, income and diversifying the economy.
