Functions of the Receptionist at Hapvia

The hired professional will be responsible for:

Locating and confirming appointment schedules;
Issuing guides for exams with providers without an authorization system;
Guiding beneficiaries on appointments, providers, and other questions;
Filling out and organizing forms for medical service;
Registering beneficiaries’ biometrics in the system for future consultations;
Updating information in the TISS system (Information Exchange in Supplemental Health).

Location and Work Hours

The work will be in hospital units of the Hapvida network, with a workload of 180 hours per month on a 12×36 schedule, in the following shifts:

From 7 AM to 7 PM (day shift);
From 7 PM to 7 AM (night shift).
