The institution was founded in the early 1970s and received the name Tropical Air Taxi. The initial intent was to operate only with transport occurring in Foz do Iguaçu and to establish partnerships with a local hotel company.

With the assurance that there would be an increasingly specialized team for the automation and technological development of cargo and drones. Now, they have more than 14 bases distributed across various Brazilian regions, such as São Paulo and Santa Catarina, mostly through capitals.
