Infotec will be responsible for the services of storage operations, transfer of materials and expediting of Transpetro's purchase orders

Infotec Brasil informed in a material fact on the afternoon of this day (09/12) that it won another contract with the Brazilian oil company Petrobras, where Infotec will be responsible for the services of storage operations, transfer of materials and expediting of purchase orders from Transpetro. The service also includes risk management and operational safety of the activity.

With a qualified and competent team, the company will work on yet another warehouse operation contract, carrying out logistical operations for the storage and movement of materials, providing equipment and human resources.

In this contract with Petrobras, Infotec will operate in different parts of the country, in all geographic regions from Santa Catarina to Manaus, with more than 30 collaborators in this project.

This agreement has the modality of deliveries by SLA, deliveries are carried out through the level of services agreed and delivered. Additionally, payment is made for the efficiency and quality of deliveries.

Execution of Deposit Operations and Activities

• Organization, maintenance and management of storage spaces;
• Support in controlling the structural integrity of deposits;
• Physical and accounting management of inventory and materials in warehouses;
• Physical verification of the quality and integrity of the materials;
• Preparation and process of dispatch and entry of materials;
• Periodic inventories;
• Inspection services;

Material Logistics Management Support

• Support in the management of operations, storage processes and transfer of materials;
• Accounting receipt of imported and national materials;
• Expediting accounting and transfer of materials;
• Control of materials;

Support for risk management and operational safety

• Support in complying with legislation, standards, procedures and requirements applicable to the storage and transfer of materials;
• Support in the disposal of generated waste;
• Support in the management of internal audits and inspections;
• Support in identifying and dealing with non-compliance;
• Support in security dialogues, risk assessment and security in the planning of services necessary for operations.

Support for the Management of Administrative and Contractual Claims

• Diligence of hiring processes and action plans;
• Support in the inspection of contracts, including transport and cargo handling;
• Monitoring of projects, strategic actions, operational and financial performance;
• Issuance of Purchase Requisition;
• Documentary and deadlines control.

Expediting purchase orders for materials and associated services

• Checking the quality and consistency of purchase orders;
• Support for the management of purchase orders for materials and services;
• Support in closing or canceling purchase orders;
• Contact with suppliers in order to guarantee and monitor delivery of purchase order material.

Accompaniment of Purchasing for Inventory

• Ensure that the requested material arrives at the warehouse with the proper documentation and clearance;
• Monitoring of stock purchases through Infotec Brasil's electronic tool;
• Acting in support with the interface areas in the monitoring of purchases for stock;

• Carry out the process of applying sanctions and fines, with all relevant actions;
• Receive and verify requests for fines, issue reports and support interface areas.

Reporting

• Reporting services, including order status, indicators and acquisition processes, considering the presentation of graphs, calculations or performance indexes related to acquisition processes;

This is yet another contract in which Infotec Brasil demonstrates its ability to provide BPO (business process outsourcing) services in the Supply Chain Management area, with deliveries directly related to quality and delivery time, promoting efficiency, more competitive costs, in regulatory compliance.
