The Coca-Cola Foundation Aims To Create Opportunities For Young People Aged 16 To 25 Through Its Free Training Program. The Free Course Focuses On Candidates With Completed High School Aiming To Generate Opportunities For Access To The First Job.
The Coca-Cola Foundation announced the opening of new spots for the Coletivo Online, a free training initiative focused on young people with a family income of up to two minimum wages who have completed or are finishing High School. The free course aims to facilitate understanding of the job market, not only on how to apply for jobs, but also with updated and real tips on how to create a resume, how to act in a job interview, and even planning and organization.

In addition to being online and free, with a quick duration through WhatsApp, the free training is available throughout Brazil. In total, there are 11 video lessons that can be binge-watched, requiring only an Internet connection to receive the videos.
After the training, participants will receive a certificate of completion to add to their resume and can register in a job vacancy community exclusive to more than 400 partner employers of the Coca-Cola Foundation. It is worth mentioning that in addition to the Coletivo Online, the institution is also accepting applications for the Coletivo Mover.

This free training is conducted in partnership between the Coca-Cola Foundation and the Movement for Racial Equity (MOVER) focused exclusively on black youth in Brazil. In addition to the 11 classes, certificate at the end of the course, and the opportunity to join the community of exclusive job vacancies, the youth will have 5 exclusive classes focused on racial themes for the job market.
The free course can be taken anytime from anywhere through WhatsApp as well. Opportunities are limited, and registrations must be made on the Coletivo Mover website.

The Coletivo Online initiative of the Coca-Cola Foundation is part of the Coletivo Jovem Platform, which aims at the employability of young people aged 16 to 25 in situations of social vulnerability. Since its implementation in 2009, the platform has benefited over 350,000 young people in Brazilian communities spread across all 26 states of Brazil plus the Federal District, reaching 2,413 municipalities. Of those benefited, more than 100,000 gained access to the job market.
