The Coca-Cola Brasil Institute aims to generate opportunities for young people aged 16 to 25 through its free training program. The free course focuses on candidates with complete secondary education in order to generate opportunities for access to their first job.

O Coca-Cola Brazil Institute announced the opening of new vacancies for the Online Collective, a free training initiative focused on young people with a family income of up to two minimum wages who have completed or are finishing high school. The free course aims to facilitate understanding of the job market, not only how to apply for vacancies, but also with up-to-date and real tips on how to write a resume, how to act in a job interview and even planning and organization.

Understand how the free course at the Coca-Cola Institute will take place

In addition to being online and free, with a short duration through WhatsApp, free training is available throughout Brazil. In total, there are 11 video lessons that can be marathoned, all you need is an Internet connection to be able to receive the videos.

After the training, the participant will have a certificate of completion to add to your resume and you will be able to register in a community of exclusive job openings from more than 400 partner employers of the Coca-Cola Institute. It is worth mentioning that in addition to Coletivo Online, the institution is also open for registration for Coletivo Mover.

This free training is carried out in partnership between the Coca-Cola Brazil Institute and the Movement for Racial Equity (MOVER) with an exclusive focus on young black people in Brazil. In addition to the 11 classes, a certificate at the end of the course and the opportunity to join the community of exclusive vacancies, young people will have 5 exclusive classes focused on racial issues for the job market.

The free course can be taken anytime from anywhere also through Whatsapp. Opportunities are limited and registration must be completed on Collective Move website.

Those interested in applying must register on the website of the free course using the same WhatsApp that you are going to take the classes. According to the Executive Director of the Coca-Cola Brasil Institute, Daniela Redondo, the beginning of the year for young people is full of plans and goals to be met, and one of them is getting a job. Therefore, this is the best time to sign up for free training and start the year at full steam.

The Coletivo Online initiative of the Coca-Cola Institute makes up the Coletivo Jovem Platform, which aims to promote the employability of young people between the ages of 16 and 25 in situations of social vulnerability. Since it was implemented in 2009, the platform has already benefited more than 350 young people in Brazilian communities spread across all 26 states of Brazil plus the Federal District, reaching 2.413 municipalities. Of the total beneficiaries, more than 100 had access to the job market.
