Positions for Medium, Technical and Higher Levels
According to the notice, the competition offers 11 permanent positions for technical-administrative roles in education, with a 40-hour weekly regime.

The base salary for C-level positions, such as Student Assistant, is R$ 2,483.52, reaching R$ 3,483.52 with a food allowance of R$ 1,000.
In D-level positions, such as Administrative Assistant and Laboratory Technicians, the starting salary is R$ 3,029.90, totaling R$ 4,029.90 with the food allowance.
For E-level positions, such as Psychologist and Nurse, the base salary is R$ 4,967.04, reaching R$ 5,967.04 with the same benefit.
In addition to the food allowance, the notice provides for transport assistance, preschool assistance of R$ 484.90, and supplementary health assistance ranging from R$ 106.64 to R$ 411.26.
Another highlight is the Qualification Incentive, which can raise the salary by 10% to 75%, depending on the additional education level of the employee.
Structure of the Objective Test
The competition will have a single stage consisting of an objective multiple-choice test, with eliminatory and classificatory character.
The assessment will consist of 50 questions.
The subjects covered will be Portuguese Language, Logical Reasoning, Computer Science, Legislation, and Specific Knowledge.
The test will last four hours and will be administered in the afternoon.
To be approved, the candidate must obtain at least 60 points and not score zero in any of the general knowledge areas.
Validity of the Competition and Possibility of Calling
The competition will have an initial validity of two years.
This period may be extended for an additional two years, only once.
During this period, the Federal Institute may call approved candidates according to the needs of the institution and budget availability.
It may also include new positions, provided they are compatible with the roles proposed in the notice.
The called candidates may work at different campuses of the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo or at the Reference Center for Distance Education and Training.
