Itaú Unibanco Is Accepting Applications for Its Trainee Program, Which Focuses on Recently Graduated Candidates from Various Undergraduate Courses. Don’t Waste Time and Apply!

This Monday (08), the Itaú Unibanco Trainee Program opened positions for the Retail Business and Wholesale Business areas. In both sectors, participants will have mentorship and training from the bank’s executives. Additionally, they will participate in real and challenging projects for accelerated professional development.

The Itaú Unibanco does not restrict any course; therefore, interested candidates must have graduated between December 2020 and July 2024. No experience in the financial market is required. This flexibility aims to attract talent and provide accelerated career development.

In the Retail Business area, participants will learn personalized financial solutions for individuals and companies.

Structure of the Trainee Program

The total duration of the Itaú Unibanco program is 18 months, during which the development path will encompass daily learning in the business. The program also emphasizes job rotation, which involves moving through various departments of the company.

There will also be training interspersed with rotations among sectors. Some of the topics covered in the Trainee Program include: the Financial Market, Agile Methodologies, Technology, Culture and Diversity, and Emotional Intelligence. Below, we summarize what trainees will experience with this training:

Soft Skills: Development of competencies and skills related to self-awareness and behavior, exploring an individual and personalized perspective.

Financial Market or Business Insight: Knowledge of Banking, services, and products with a focus on customer centricity and risk management.

Hard Skills: Technology topics to support interfaces and strategic decision-making.

Work Models: Deep understanding of Agile Methodology and the differences between this work method and the traditional model, aiming to act as an agent of transformation.

Culture and Diversity: Integration into the culture and awareness of the importance of diversity.

The benefits provided by the Trainee Program are divided into three categories: For Your Convenience, To Preserve Your Health, and To Optimize Your Time.

For Your Convenience includes a salary of R$8,000, meal voucher, food voucher, transportation voucher, support for language courses, profit sharing, private pension, and discounts on Itaú financial products.

To Optimize Your Time consists of flexible hours, relaxation environments, extended maternity leave + childcare assistance or nanny for children up to 71 months, and a service gallery within the hubs.
