Raízen's trainee, internship and apprentice programs are for several company units in Brazil

Raízen, market leader in the production of sugar and ethanol, has opened enrollment for the company's trainee, internship and apprentice programs. Opportunities are to work in several units of the company across the country. Candidates will be able to work in the areas of marketing, finance, legal and more.

Trainee Program

To apply for the program Trainee from Raízen, it is necessary to have training in Higher Education (bachelor's degree, degree and technologist) between July 2019 and December 2021, be available to work 40 hours a week (8 hours a day), in addition to being available for mobility between states and cities with Raízen units in Brazil. It is not necessary to know English to apply.

Candidates can work in any area of ​​the company, such as Commercial & Marketing; Energy and Renewables; Strategy and Sustainability; Ethanol, Sugar and Bioenergy; Financial; Legal; Logistics and Distribution (SUPPLY CHAIN); Institutional Relations and more.

The trainee program is divided into four stages, namely:

  • Registration – 24/08 to 25/09: Applicants must register online and answer a few questions. If the profile meets the prerequisites, the candidate will receive instructions on the next steps by email.
  • Online Tests – 24/08 to 17/10: The first test is an online journey in which the candidate will learn more about Raízen.
  • Challenge – October and November: Here, the candidate will receive a challenge to solve based on a Raízen business.
  • Final Panel – November and December: The candidate will go through a final phase with Raízen's leadership and will be able to learn more about the company's business.

Internship Program

To apply for vacancies in the phase from Raízen, the candidate must have expected completion of graduation (bachelor's degree, degree and technologist) between December 2023 and December 2024; availability for face-to-face working hours of 30 hours a week (6 hours a day); It is not necessary to have previous professional experience or know English.

At the time of registration, candidates will be able to choose their region and area of ​​preference. There are internship vacancies in a large part of the Brazilian territory and the areas of activity vary according to the regions.

Raízen's internship program will be divided into five stages, namely:

  • Registration – 24/08 to 25/09: Applicants must register online and answer a few questions. If the profile meets the prerequisites, the candidate will receive instructions on the next steps by email.
  • Online Tests – 30/09 to 17/10: The first test is an online journey in which the candidate will learn more about Raízen. There will also be challenges for the company to get to know the candidates better.

  • Interview – 25/10 to 30/11: A dynamic and an online interview with the leadership, for the candidate to show everything he knows about Raízen.
  • Admission Process and Beginning - Scheduled for the months of January and February 2023: There will be a medical examination and delivery of documents.

Apprentice Program

To apply for Raízen's Apprentice program, it is necessary to be up to 21 years and 11 months old (until August 2024), have completed Elementary School or High School or Technical School, studying or complete; Be available to work 20 hours a week (4 hours a day, morning or afternoon); It is not necessary to know English or have professional experience.

Raízen's Apprentice program will have five stages, namely:

  • Registration – from 24/08: Candidates must apply online and answer a few questions that assess whether their personality and the future they want are connected to the Raízen culture. The test does not automatically eliminate anyone from the process, it only helps the company to get to know the candidate better.
  • Online Dynamics – 30/10 to 30/11: At this stage, the candidate participates in an online dynamic. It's the opportunity to show everything you know about Raízen.
  • Interview – 30/10 to 09/12: An interview is conducted with the manager of the vacancy and with other people on the team who need to know the candidate.
  • Admission Process - 12/12 to 20/01: Where does the approval for the vacancy take place. Upon admission, the candidate will undergo a medical examination and submit the documents.
  • Beginning – February and March: At this stage, the candidate is already part of the Raízen team.
