O problema não é o governo e sim as empresas que quer mão de obra de graça.
Sou pedreiro e a mão de obra na construção civil não está em falta, o profissional é que deixou de ser **** e se valorizar mais, as construtoras vão acabar, porque não querem mais trabalhar salário mixaria

O fato é o seguinte: antigamente a pessoa aprendia a trabalhar na empresa e tinha melhores salários. Conheci várias pessoas nessa situação.
O que vemos hoje?
Uma exigência absurda como faculdades, curso técnicos e no fim das contas o trabalhador só aprende com o tempo. Além disso, oferencem salários ridículos para muita exigência. Claramente houve um processo de massacre da mão de obra brasileira.
Esse é o resultado de décadas de negligência com o mercado de trabalho por parte dessas autoridades inúteis.
