The Ministry of Communications is accepting applications for its new public contest until March 14th. Those approved in the selection process may receive salaries over R$ 8 thousand
On the last day 25, the Ministry of Communications opened applications for its public contest, offering a total of 217 vacancies for managerial and support activities. Approved candidates will receive salaries that can exceed R$ 8 thousand depending on their areas of expertise. Interested parties can register until 6 PM on the 14th of this month.

Requirements of the Ministry of Communications for the Public Contest
The public contest of the Ministry of Communications this year offers positions in three areas of expertise. Technical activities of managerial complexity, Senior Engineering, and Information Technology; technical support activities; and technically complex intellectual activities. The requirements set by the entity for the opportunities with excellent salaries are:
Managerial Complexity Activities
Bachelor’s degree in computing or information validated by the Ministry of Education (MEC) and proven experience of at least 5 years in related functions or a master’s degree in the field.

Intellectual Complexity Activities
Bachelor’s degree in any area recognized by the MEC and also proven experience of more than five years in the fields of Social Communication, Law, Administration, Broadcasting, Advertising, or Telecommunications.
Support Technical Activities
Bachelor’s degree recognized by the MEC in any field.
Regarding salaries, for candidates selected to perform managerial complexity activities, salaries may reach up to R$ 8,300. For those who will work in intellectual complexity activities, the salary will be R$ 6,130 and, finally, those approved in support activities will receive R$ 3,800. It is worth noting that for all areas, the working hours will be 40 hours per week. Those approved will work at the headquarters of the Ministry of Communications in Brasília, Federal District.
How to Apply for the Public Contest?
Those interested in participating in the public contest must register on the Cebraspe website, the entity organizing the Ministry of Communications contest, by March 14th.
To register, interested parties must pay a fee, which varies depending on the chosen activity. For support activities, the amount is R$ 60.00; for the intellectual complexity sector, it is R$ 65.00, and for the managerial complexity sector, the amount is R$ 70.00.
It is important to highlight that the Ministry of Communications public contest offers 5% of the vacancies for people with disabilities and 20% for self-declared black or brown people, distributed among the three areas of expertise.
How Will the Selection Process Work?
For managerial and intellectual complexity activities, candidates will go through three phases in the selection process: an objective test of general knowledge with 50 questions, one of specific knowledge with 70 questions, and finally, they will undergo the title examination.
