New Higer Bus Factory Should Import Buses Via PKD
The new Higer Bus factory should import electric buses via PKD. In this model, the vehicle will arrive with all parts disassembled, meaning it will be ready upon arrival, and components such as seats, windows, and electric motors will be installed on-site.
In an interview, Marcelo Barcella, Director for Latin America at Higer Bus, emphasized that the suppliers for the automaker can perfectly meet Higer’s demands in Ceará. The selection includes companies such as Siemens and Dana for the electric bus motors, Bosch for steering gear, and ZF for the suspension.
