Job Requirements

For the job vacancy of Junior Incident Management Analyst, Motiva requires Completed or Ongoing Higher Education in areas of Information Technology (such as Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Management, Networks, Engineering, ADS, and related fields), proven experience with critical incident and problem management in 24×7 environments, experience in conducting crisis rooms and communication with different levels of the organization, knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies (such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, or similar), experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now, BMC Helix, Jira, and similar), technical knowledge of networks, protocols, and operating systems (Windows and Linux), knowledge in Change Management (including participation in CABs) and mastery of frameworks of best practices like ITIL, COBIT, and SCRUM, as well as the crucial availability for on-call shifts and a stand by regime (on notice).
