With a new 90 kW motor, the F99 can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3 seconds, according to the company from India. The new Indian electric motorcycle can also reach a maximum speed of 265 km/h, and weighs 178 kg, which is considerably light for an electric motorcycle. The model is still a concept, thus it is not yet for sale and may be used in competitions in the future.
The company aims to break records with the model, such as the fastest time in a quarter-mile and the highest speed ever recorded by an Indian electric motorcycle. In terms of design, the appearance of the sport electric motorcycle is futuristic, with complete fairing and aggressive lines, including “wings” that break the known winglets from the MotoGP.

Other Models From The Indian Brand That Also Promise To Dominate The Market
The India is emerging as the second-largest electric motorcycle market, second only to China. Thus, new models from all segments are emerging every day, including the Ultraviolette F77, which was the first sport electric motorcycle in the country.
The model was announced in 2022 and entered dealerships in 2023. The Indian electric motorcycle is sold in three variants: Airstrike, Shadow, and Laser, each of which is offered in two versions, F77 Standard and F77 Recon, along with a special edition limited to 77 units.
The Ultraviolette F77 has a sporty style and features a full LED headlight unit and a triangular LED taillight. The style also includes wider tires, a more dynamic appearance, a sculpted fuel tank, seat, rear protection, and low handlebars. In terms of performance, the predecessor has a power equivalent to 300cc.
The standard motorcycle is equipped with a 7.1 kWh battery and a 27 kW electric motor (equivalent to 37 hp). The F77 battery takes between 7-10 hours to recharge with a standard charger. However, with the company’s 3 kW Boost charger, this time is reduced to 3.5 hours.
And For The Brazilian Market?
Although there is no confirmation of the Ultraviolette’s arrival in the Brazilian market, it is worth noting that several manufacturers from India are landing here. Thus, the motorcycle market in Brazil is in full expansion and will soon have a new factory in the electric motorcycle and scooter segment.
Hero MotoCorp, one of the largest motorcycle manufacturers in the world by units sold, is about to enter the market. With its arrival, the brand promises to intensify competition with giants like Honda and Yamaha, bringing innovation and new options for Brazilian consumers.
