Sylvamo, a multinational company based in the United States and one of the world leaders in paper, manufacturer of the brands Chamex, Chamequinho, and Chambril, has begun the selection process for participants for its internship and trainee programs for the year 2023. It is not necessary for candidates to have prior work experience or knowledge of the English language to participate, and applications can be made until October 17.

There will be a total of six stages involved in the selection process. Registration, online exam, participation in a virtual knowledge school, and interview are some steps to reach the internship and trainee positions at Sylvamo.

Sylvamo Internship Program

The internship program lasts from 1 to 2 years, and the company seeks individuals who are interested in learning and working as a team, who are responsible, and who focus their attention on achieving results. To compete for an internship position, a person must meet the following basic requirements:

In 2023, must be in the final or penultimate year of higher education in various fields;
Completion of the course must be expected between December 2023 and December 2024;
No prior knowledge of the English language is required;
No previous professional experience is necessary.

Sylvamo Trainee Program

The Trainee program lasts for two years, and Sylvamo seeks individuals with leadership qualities while engaging in collaborative ventures. Must have a completed higher education degree – Recent graduates in December 2022, 2021, or 2020;
No knowledge of the English language or prior work experience is required.
