Bosch Advances in the Hydrogen Era with Mass Production of Modules for Trucks
Bosch announced the large-scale production of its fuel cell supply modules for heavy-duty vehicles. Nikola Corporation, based in the United States, will be the first customer to benefit from the module in its hydrogen fuel cell-powered Class 8 electric truck. The launch in the North American market is expected in the third quarter of 2023.
Stefan Hartung, Bosch’s global president, stated during Bosch Tech Day 2023 that “In Stuttgart-Feuerbach, at the oldest factory among all Bosch facilities, the future of hydrogen is about to become reality.”
