Internship In Talent Management

Activities:

• Lead low-complexity projects to attract and develop talents;
• Conduct payment and monitoring, prepare material and inventory control, maintain contracts and educational partnerships, train logistics.

Human Resources Internship

Activities:

• Ensure the implementation of human resources processes, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and compliance with local and global laws and regulations;
• Use agile methods or change management to participate in local or global projects;
• Monthly management of the internal communication “Excellence Agenda.”

Communication Internship

Activities:

• Support internal and external actions and communications;
• Assist in crisis management;
• Support the production and monitoring of external and internal events, videos, and photos;
• Manage daily newspaper clippings;
• Support content production and management of external and internal channels.

Internship In Mergers And Acquisitions

Activities:

• Use valuation methods (discounted cash flow, transaction multiples, etc.) to assist in preparing economic-financial evaluations;
• Under regional management’s guidance, prepare speeches on acquisitions/mergers for the executive committee and board of directors;
• Assist in preparing detailed transaction execution documents to be submitted for approval.
