Internship In Talent Management
Activities:
- Lead low-complexity projects to attract and develop talents;
- Conduct payment and monitoring, prepare material and inventory control, maintain contracts and educational partnerships, train logistics.
Activities:
- Ensure the implementation of human resources processes, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and compliance with local and global laws and regulations;
- Use agile methods or change management to participate in local or global projects;
- Monthly management of the internal communication “Excellence Agenda.”
Activities:
- Support internal and external actions and communications;
- Assist in crisis management;
- Support the production and monitoring of external and internal events, videos, and photos;
- Manage daily newspaper clippings;
- Support content production and management of external and internal channels.
Internship In Mergers And Acquisitions
Activities:
- Use valuation methods (discounted cash flow, transaction multiples, etc.) to assist in preparing economic-financial evaluations;
- Under regional management’s guidance, prepare speeches on acquisitions/mergers for the executive committee and board of directors;
- Assist in preparing detailed transaction execution documents to be submitted for approval.
