Monitor and develop INDUSTRIAL DMS to achieve KPI results (Volume, Margin, Client Prospecting, Clients Visited, Product Mix, Sales Effectiveness, Trainings and Sales Planning);
Master the concepts of industrial customer segmentation as well as operate in the company’s core segments;
Utilize the Sales Force SALSA tool, assisting in the planning and scheduling of responsibilities to ensure that fundamental pillars are achieved. (Connectivity, Schedule, Prospects, Visit Report, Opportunities) KPIs Maturity Degree;
Plan, organize, and control the agenda with management and periodic visits to INDUSTRIAL DMS, clients, and strategic markets with external sales representatives;
Provide technical commercial support to INDUSTRIAL DMS and clients by clarifying questions about products, negotiations, applications, and performance;
